How to: Advertise

 Many people make blogs as something they do in their free time. However, there are ways that you can start making money off of your blog page. One way to do this is by adding advertisements to a post, follow the step below to learn how to advertise on your blog.  

Signing up for AdSense:

• Make sure you are on the correct blogger account, once you have logged locate the menu on the left of your screen and select Earnings. Then select Create AdSense account. 

• Make sure you select the Gmail address that corresponds with your Blogger account. 
• Fill out the AdSense form, after you have completed it select Create an account. 
• Make sure you put in the payment details and confirm your phone number. 
• Once you have completed the steps above press Submit. 

How to add the adds to your account:

• At the top of the page, choose the blog to which you would like to insert the adds to 
• On the left side, in the menu select the Layout option.
• Select Add Gadget to the area you want the advertisement to show
• Columns
• Between posts
• Side of the page
• Click Add AdSense and then make sure you Save
